i take it that would be a level 3 look down at you, as if he saying "you'll be alright mate, give it a wash" lol

I can see why you might think that, but you're wrong. I'm on the rope, but the chap at the top is Bill (? - can't remember his 2nd name), and he was 65 at the time, but fitter than me in my late 30s and more than happy to do his share.
