Rope Access Photos

Why is this able man to work in a sit harness only, not connected to chair, no rope protection, no helmet, no life vest when working above water?

Because the entire world does not work by IRATA, ARAA or SPRAT standards. Welcome to reality. In Australia hardly anyone in industry knows what rope access is, but i'm working on it....
