Just one rope? Where's your backup rope??? Not really safe: Can't be IRATA!!!

Don't hope he's IRATA, that would be his last abseil job.

[Editor's note: different standards apply in different countries, but I'd always want a back-up rope wherever.]

I'm from the Philippines and not yet an IRATA member but I do agree that having a back up rope is the best way to go. I agree with you Vern.
